About Nebula
A platform built with nutritionists, not for them.
Nebula is a client management platform built specifically for dietitians and nutritionists. Online booking, client tracking, meal plans, session notes, reports — all in one place, on a single subscription.
We started in late 2025 after spending months talking with practising dietitians. The same problem kept coming up: too many disconnected tools, too much manual work, too little time left for actual client care.
Today Nebula serves practitioners across Turkey, Spain and the broader EU, with localised content and currency support. We are an early-stage product — small, fast and listening hard. Nutrition pros who join now genuinely shape what gets built next.
That is why we are opening this role: we want the first wave of voices recommending Nebula to be people who already understand the daily reality of a nutrition practice — and who care that the recommendation actually helps the colleague on the other end. We are primarily looking for dietitians, nutritionists, nutrition students and recent nutrition graduates — this is not a strict requirement, but it is the profile we have in mind.
The role
What you actually do as a field consultant
You introduce Nebula to other dietitians and nutritionists through whichever channel feels natural — your colleagues at the clinic, fellow students, your social audience, professional groups. We provide the training materials, a unique referral link, and a real-time partner dashboard. You decide the pace and the channel.

Share Nebula with your network — honestly
A few intentional posts, conversations, demos or DMs per month. We are not chasing volume; we are chasing the right fit. Estimated effort: 3-5 hours / week.

Use Nebula yourself
Active ambassadors get a free Nebula account. Use it with one or two real clients so your recommendations come from lived experience, not a script.

Send us product feedback
A short message every couple of weeks: what works, what is missing, what your peers complain about. We read every line and ship fixes fast.

Follow our communication standards
Be transparent that you are an ambassador. No false claims, no spam, no pressuring. The trust your audience puts in you is worth more than any commission.

Stay reachable
Respond to monthly check-ins from the founder. We keep these short and async — usually one message and one optional call.
Compensation
How you get paid
There is no fixed salary. Your monthly service fee is calculated from the subscriptions you bring in — billed to us, paid to you. The model is one rate, not a menu.
Monthly service fee — 40% per active referral
40%of each subscription, every month it stays active
For every nutritionist or clinic that subscribes through your link, you earn 40% of their monthly subscription as a service fee, for as long as they keep using Nebula. Performance-based bonuses may be added on top.
What does this look like in numbers?
Calculation is based on a 5-seat clinic subscription (€51 / month) — the most common package for nutrition practices. Solo subscribers (€15) pay less, larger clinics pay more. The figures below are monthly service fees you would receive after each milestone:

Active partners typically reach 10-20 referrals in the first 3 months. Service fees continue as long as the referred subscription is active. Performance-based bonuses may be added on top.
Monthly payment
Request payment any time your balance reaches €10 (500 TRY for partners in Turkey). Settlement within 3 working days.

Every click, signup, active subscription and accrued service fee is visible in your partner dashboard in real time.
Flexible payment setup
Payments are made in EUR; partners in Turkey receive the TRY equivalent. If you have a registered business, you can invoice us; if not, we set up payment without an invoice — no business registration is required to start.

- You care more about long-term reputation than short-term commissions.
- You are reliable in async communication. You read messages and reply within a couple of days.

Correct — and we want to be straight about that. Nebula is an early-stage company. Instead of paying a fixed wage we pay performance-based commission that scales as you scale. If that does not match what you are looking for, this role will frustrate you and we would rather you skip it.
Whenever you want, once your balance crosses €30. Most ambassadors request payout monthly. Payments arrive within 3 working days, in EUR, to your preferred method (bank transfer, Wise, Payoneer).
A referral becomes "active" the first month your referred clinic or nutritionist pays for a Nebula subscription. It stays active and earns you a service fee every month they continue paying. If they cancel, the referral pauses; if they reactivate later, the service fee resumes.
No notice period. You can pause or end the partnership any time from your dashboard. The service fee for the referrals you already brought in continues for as long as those subscriptions stay active — even after you stop working with us.
