Account Settings - Dietitian Profile and Business Configuration

Configure your profile, branding, working hours, and business settings.

Consultant Profile Settings

Each consultant manages their own profile. The information shows up inside the system and on your public profile.

Editable fields:

  • Profile photo
  • First name, last name, and title
  • Email address and password
  • About text
  • Areas of expertise (suggestions provided or add your own)
  • Education and certifications
  • Languages you serve in (Turkish, English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Arabic, Russian)
  • Standing Meeting Link: A persistent meeting URL for Google Meet, Zoom, or your preferred platform. Used automatically for online appointments and sent to the client by email
  • Visible on Public Profile: Controls your individual visibility — you can opt out even when the business is published

Consultation Settings

Set price and duration for your first consultation. These settings give clients a clear expectation on your public profile and during the booking flow.

  • First Consultation Fee: Three options — Free, Paid (price shown), Paid (price hidden)
  • First Appointment Duration: 20, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes — first consultations usually run longer than follow-ups

Business Settings (Administrator)

The business administrator configures the settings that apply to every team member:

  • General Settings: Timezone, default reminder times
  • Locations: Workplace definitions (office-1, office-2, home office), each with address and weekly schedule
  • Public Profile: Business name, motto, logo, description, contact details
  • Social Media: Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and WhatsApp links shown on the public profile
  • SEO Settings: Page title, keywords, and meta description for the public profile
  • Visibility Toggles: Allow Online Booking, Show/Hide Consultant Profiles, Publish/Unpublish Public Profile

Custom Fields and Report Customization

Two powerful customization tools for the business administrator:

  • Custom Fields Management (/app/custom-fields): Add custom fields to client profiles across 10 field types (text, number, date, dropdown, multi-select, email, phone, URL, checkbox, long text). Start fast with 8 ready industry templates (Diet, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Veterinary, Beauty, Life Coaching, Yoga, Child Development).
  • Report Customization (/app/settings/report-customization): Brand your PDF reports — logo placement, brand colors, header/footer editing, and ready report templates.

Work Schedule

Each consultant sets their own weekly work schedule. The schedule is automatically reflected in the online booking system.

  • Multiple time slots can be defined per day
  • Work/off selection for each day
  • Online or in-person appointment preference
  • Location selection (different locations per day)
  • Schedule exceptions: holidays, days off
Tips
  • Pre-define exception days to automatically block them in the online booking calendar
  • Check "Visible on Public Profile" in your profile settings to appear publicly
