Account Settings - Dietitian Profile and Business Configuration

Configure your profile, branding, working hours, and business settings.

Consultant Profile Settings

Each consultant can manage their own profile. Your profile information is displayed both within the system and on your public profile.

Editable fields:

  • Profile photo
  • First name, last name, and title
  • Email address and password
  • About text
  • Areas of expertise (suggestions are provided or you can add custom ones)
  • Education and certifications
  • Languages you can serve in (Turkish, English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Arabic, Russian)

Business Settings (Administrator)

The business administrator can configure general settings that apply to all team members:

  • General Settings: Timezone, default reminder times
  • Locations: Definition of workplaces (office-1, office-2, home office), each with its own address and weekly schedule
  • Public Profile: Business name, motto, logo, description, contact information, social media
  • SEO Settings: Page title, keywords, and meta description for the public profile

Work Schedule

Each consultant sets their own weekly work schedule. The schedule is automatically reflected in the online booking system.

  • Multiple time slots can be defined per day
  • Work/off selection for each day
  • Online or in-person appointment preference
  • Location selection (different locations per day)
  • Schedule exceptions: holidays, days off
Tips
  • Pre-define exception days to automatically block them in the online booking calendar
  • Check the "Be Visible" checkbox to appear on the public profile
