Nebula uses a "Base Fee + Seat" model. All features are accessible on all plans - no feature restrictions. You can flexibly scale your team by adding 1 to 20 seats as needed.

Pricing (excl. VAT):

• Base fee: €15/month (1 seat included)
• Additional seat: €9/month (per additional seat, maximum 20 seats)

Ready-Made Plans:

Period Discounts: Save more by choosing a longer commitment:

• 3-month period: 5% discount
• 6-month period: 10% discount
• 12-month period: 15% discount

Payments are automatically charged monthly. If a payment fails, a 3-day grace period is provided.

Additional services that can be purchased on top of the base plan:

• Additional Appointment Package: 250 appointments/package, €5/month. Maximum 10 packages can be added
• Priority Support: Priority support channel, €25/month. Included free in plans with 7+ seats

Add-on prices are subject to period discounts: 3-month 5%, 6-month 10%, 12-month 15% discount.

You can cancel your subscription at any time - no cancellation fee. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period and you can export your data.
