Flexible Team Management
Nebula offers a team management system that scales from a single solo dietitian to a 20-person clinic team. With the seat-based pricing model, you only pay for the seats you need.
Each additional seat has a fixed price (€9/month), so your costs grow linearly and predictably as your team grows. No surprise price jumps.
User Roles
Nebula has three user roles:
- Business Administrator: Full access to all features. Includes settings, billing, and team management
- Consultant: Client management, appointments, notes, session workspace. Can view their own clients
- Assistant: Limited access - basic operations except note-taking and session workspace
Inviting Team Members
Adding a new team member is completed in a few steps:
- Go to "Team Management" from the left menu
- Click "Invite User"
- Enter the team member's email address and role
- The system automatically sends an invitation email
- The team member accepts the invitation and creates their account
Tips
- You need sufficient seat capacity to send an invitation
- When you remove a user, the seat becomes available and you can send a new invitation
- You can change a user's role at any time
Seat-Based Pricing
Nebula's pricing model is simple and transparent:
- Base fee: €15/month (1 seat included)
- Additional seat: €9/month
- Formula: Monthly Price = 15 + (Number of Seats - 1) × €9
Example prices:
- Solo (1 seat): €15/month
- Standard (3 seats): €33/month
- Clinic (7 seats): €69/month
- 15 seats: €141/month
All features are included in all plans - no feature restrictions. Appointment capacity and storage also scale automatically with the number of seats.
